We regularly stay here. Staff are very friendly, breakfast is excellent and it's walking distance to the town centre. Rooms at the front can be a little noisier because of the main road but otherwise very good value for money.

Whilst the hotel is a little tired in places it is very pleasant. Bed was extremely comfortable. Breakfast was fresh, plentiful and absolutely delicious. Ellie was so incredibly helpful and friendly. Unfortunately the junior suite, that we had booked, was unexpectedly out of use, for no fault of the hotel, so we were given a different executive room but it was still lovely and they reduced the price and gave us free drinks, by way of an apology. So all in all, they couldn't have been more attentive.
Just spend one night here. Had an assesible room which was really spacious spotlessly clean. All staff extremely polite and professional. A big shout out to the chef. Breakfast was excellent. Shall definitely stay again
We attended a Ruby wedding anniversary celebration and the function room was just right. The afternoon tea was delicious and beautifully served.
I recently stayed the night and Cley Hall exceeded my expectations. I stay away a lot with work, and prefer not to book the big chain hotels. Therefore I thought I knew what type of hotel Cley Hall would be, but it was 1000x better. The room was wonderful, the bed the comfiest I've slept on, and it was very clean! Extremely good value for money. Recently going vegan has proved difficult whilst working on the road and I was blown away by their breakfast menu and the Vegan breakfast was so good! The staff were lovely. I realised I had left my rings in the room a while after leaving. They are super sentimental to me, I rang and explained this and Gemma was just wonderful. They posted them out to me, and I received them just 2 days after my stay. Super personable and friendly people. 100% recommend Cley Hall and I will be staying with them when I return to the area!
We stayed here and attended a family gathering. Our room was very large, comfortable and quiet. Easy parking, staff are pleasant, breakfast was great, recommended. If you need to use the car chargers, you will need to download the Monta Charge app first, otherwise there are other chargers within walking distance,
We really enjoyed our two night stay, the old building with it's layout and lovely garden area, the rooms were of a good size and very clean. A lovely large bed and the quiet surroundings made for a good night's sleep. The breakfast was very good and nothing was problem for the staff. All the staff we encountered were very polite and very helpful. If we are ever in Spalding again this would be our hotel of choice. Well done keep up the good work, nice to have met you all.
